MUSTEK GSMART MINI 2
DIGITAL CAMERA

"Mustek Gsmart Mini 2 Digital Camera is a budget camera and webcam in one easy to use camera. It is a fast and powerful PC digital camera which is multi-functional."

MUSTEK GSMART MINI 2 DIGITAL CAMERA

The Mustek Gsmart Mini2 digital camera is a compact design measuring only 69mm x 47mm x 11mm (almost credit card size but not as thin) and fits comfortably into the palm of your hand.

The shutter button is on the top right of the camera, the red self timer indicator is on the front of the camera top right near the view finder with the lens and the macro select dial to the right of the camera. On the far left you will see the strap attachment opening which connects to the strap which is supplied.

On the back there is the view finder on the top left, the green light by the view finder is the power indicator and the LCD display which shows the settings is in the centre of the camera. On the back of the digital camera there are 3 buttons:-

The 1st button is for turning the camera on and off.

The 2nd button is the mode button, this allows you to select different settings such as:-

1.Fine resolution (1600x1200 software interpolated).
2.High resolution (1280x960).
3.Low resolution (640x480).
4.Video clip enables you to capture short video clips at 320x240 resolution at 15fps.
5.Self timer which captures an image after 10 seconds at 1280x960 resolution.

The 3rd button is the delete button which allows you to delete the last image or all of them.

There are no batteries to purchase because the digital camera gets recharged while it's connected to your PC via it's USB cable, recharging however takes atleast 2-3hours which is quite slow.

The digital camera is supplied with a 16mb of memory which allows you to store 36 pictures at 1600x1200 resolution, 54 pictures at 1280x960 resolution and 216 pictures at 640x480 resolution.

Image quality at 1600x1200 and 1280x960 is excellent however 640x480 is only average quality.
