CONCLUSION "The Athlon XP 2500 gave good performance increase over the Athlon XP 1700 with the synthetic benchmarks. The Quake3 result was impressive and the Athlon XP 2500 delivered a huge 49 extra frames per second. However the video card used for this review the GeForce 5200 was unable to deliver a high level of performance with UT2003 but still managed an extra 14fps with the botmatch demo. 3dmark 2001 showed a large increase of 2032 points which is very impressive and 3dmark 2003 increased by 105 points. 3dmark 2003 didn't increase by much is because it tests the video card."
