COMMENT - "The OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro wins this Xpand Rally test easily beating the MSI GeForce 5900 XT in every benchmark. Using Low Quality the OCUK Radeon 9700 Pro wins by 4%, increasing the image quality to Medium Quality increases the OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro's lead over the MSI GeForce 5900 XT to 28%. The OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro is still able to deliver a 27% performance increase over the MSI GeForce 5900 XT even using High Quality settings. When we also enable 4x anti-aliasing and 8x anisotropic filtering the OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro can still deliver a very impressive 21% increase over the MSI GeForce 5900 XT"

COMMENT - "We added up ALL of the benchmark results and the total performance of the OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro and MSI GeForce 5900 XT was close. The main advantage for the OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro are strong DX9 performance, this is something the MSI GeForce 5900 XT lacks but makes up for with strong DX8 performance. The performance you see in Xpand Rally is a clear vision for future performance and you can clearly see the MSI GeForce 5900 XT will struggle with new DX9 games while the OCUK ATI Radeon 9700 Pro will not."
