COMMENT - "World Racing 2 is another more recent game we have choosen to benchmark and proves to be too much for any of the video cards to run using medium or high quality settings. using low quality settings the Sapphire Radeon 9600 XT beats the Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 by an impressive 25%."

CONCLUSION - "The Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 delivered a very mixed performance, when the software we used was DX9 then the performance was usually poor. However when the software used DX8 or OpenGL the performance of the Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 was fairly good for a video card in it's price range. 3dmark is a good indicator for future performance of the Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 and using 3dmark 2005 the Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 was 58% slower than Sapphire Radeon 9600 XT and with 3dmark 2006 it was a very poor 67% slower. With some ganes software there is an option to use DX8 instead of DX9 and with the Gigabyte GeForce PCX 5900 you should always select DX8!"
