COMMENT - "The His Radeon HD 3850 delivers an impressive performance increase over the Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 XT of 48% and is 51% faster than the MSI NX 8600 GT."

COMMENT - "3dmark 2006 is important but it's not playable so let's see what the His Radeon HD 3850 can do with real games. Although the Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 XT is playable with 28fps the His Radeon HD 3850 blew it's performance away delivering a solid 58fps."

COMMENT - "Company of Heroes is not a fast action game like Bio-Shock but the His Radeon HD 3850 was more than a match for this game delivering 54fps. For the second game in a row the Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 XT deliverd good performance but the MSI NX 8600 GT was quite poor."

COMMENT - "Crysis in the most demanding game we have benchmarked but the His Radeon HD 3850 still delivers a solid 38fps which is playable. The same can't be said for the Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 XT and MSI NX 8600 GT which are both unplayable with this game."

COMMENT - "Stalker is another demanding game but the His Radeon HD 3850 still delivers a very playable 59fps. The Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 XT delivers an almost playable performance of 26fps but the MSI NX 8600 GT is once again unplayable."

COMMENT - "World in Conflict is another very demanding game but the His Radeon HD 3850 is more than a match for this game delivering 54fps."

COMMENT - "Greatest performance differences are shown when using games and the HIS RADEON HD 3850 offers 53% better gaming performance compared to the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 2600 XT and an even more impressive 66% increase in performance compared to the MSI NX 8600 GT. Take a good look at the synthetic and game performance shown by the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 2600 XT and MSI NX 8600 GT. When using synthetic benchmarks they are within 3% of each other but when using the game benchmarks the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 2600 XT easily beats the MSI NX 8600 GT by 27% which is why I would choose the 2600 XT."

COMMENT - "The HIS RADEON HD 3850 puts in a great performance using synthetic benchmarks beating the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 2600 XT by 50% and the MSI NX 8600 GT by 54%. I was not surprised by the close performance between the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 2600 XT and MSI NX 8600 GT. The greatest strength the HIS RADEON HD 3850 has is it's great gaming performance. This is shown clearly with game after game being very playable with the HIS RADEON HD 3850"
