THE FALL OF WINDOWS XP
"The fall of Windows XP is a sad tale of progress and the release of Windows 7. Windows XP was released in 2001 with the codename of Whistler. Windows XP was available in different versions such as Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional etc. Windows XP proved to be very popular which is why it's still more popular than it's replacement called Windows Vista which was released in 2007. Windows XP is due to reach it's end of life on 08/04/2014 which will be a sad day indeed. In October 2009 a new advanced version of Windows was released and it was called Windows 7 which had the codename of Vienna. Unlike Windows Vista it was hoped that Windows 7 would finally put an end to Windows XP which was still popular. We start our story in July 2011 when Windows 7 had been released for 21 months and in that time Windows XP was still popular."

CONCLUSION
COMMENT - "As of February 2012 Windows 7 leads Windows XP by 51% for a very gray day for Windows XP. We have found out that there is still a demand for Windows XP but it's future is not looking good. I know that there are people who view Ultimate Hardware with Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows Vista so maybe the future isn't so bleak after all."
